Workshop Focus:
The workshop focus is on teaching authentic communications with the aim of inspiring authentic cultures. The workshop focuses on principled cultures using the framework of Stephen Covey exploring authenticity, values, emotional intelligence, perceptions, power dynamics, authentic power essentials of authentic communication in conversations and business dealings. It is to show staff that authenticity is not vulnerability to enables people to know each other better and form communities rather than separated tasks. The power of those synergies is what makes the difference between functional organisations and those with credibility and a corporate presence. It is important from the perspective of bullying in respect of people dealing more effectively with issues as they arise and feeling safe to bring issues up.

The essential nature of this workshop is to train staff to not ignore conflict when it arises but at the same time not become drawn into the escalation of conflict.

The workshop focus is to develop skills for empowering the team to take responsibility for conflict. The group learn personal inquiry, conflict resolution, problem solving and solutions generation. The process is facilitated over several weeks depending on the nature of the team and problem.
