Focus:
The sessions are designed to undertake one-one-one sessions with executives or specified personnel to develop inter-personal skills, positive thinking, personal development, conflict resolution, communication, problem solving, reflective skills, balance and a better understanding of managing through cooperative practices that focus on inclusivity and empowerment.
Duration:
1 hour per session x 2 sessions (listening and training), over 8 weeks.

Management and specified staff
Expected Outcomes:
The coaching will provide support and guidance to managers one-on-one. It will strengthen skills and develop practical applications. The process will teach managers to become more aware of others, their needs, how to use skills to ensure fairness and clarity of instructions for staff to follow and to become efficient and aware managers.

Personal Inquiry
Focus:
This is a powerful technique where all negative thinking can be turned around and transformed. Resolution is powerful when individuals learn to face themselves. This technique doesn’t require face to face resolution with another party. It requires practice and an intention for honesty and inner peace. Personal inquiry is a process whereby a person experiencing inner conflict can transform the conflict through questioning their own thinking and then turning the problem around.
Duration:
1.5 hours per session

Expected Outcomes:
The personal inquiry technique enables a person experiencing conflict to go through the conflict in detail, express their beliefs and feelings and then question their negative thinking. The outcome of this technique is personal wellbeing and harmony. It is critical that their is a willingness to face oneself.

Conflict Triangle
Focus:
Conflict parties are brought together with a facilitator guiding them towards resolving conflict.
Duration:
1.5 hours per session
Target Audience:
Management and Staff
Expected Outcomes:
Responsibility in resolving conflict directly by the conflicting parties. The parties express the conflict, their needs and how to redress the problem. The process teaches the parties how to communicate and resolve conflict.
