Key Learning Outcomes

Workshop Focus:
The workshop focus is to develop skills for empowering the team to take responsibility for conflict.  The group learn personal inquiry, conflict resolution, problem solving and solutions generation.  The process is facilitated over several weeks depending on the nature of the team and problem.

Expected Outcomes:
Participants learn to take responsibility for conflict rather than complaining.  They will come out with empowerment skills which will assist them to collaborate, listen, empathise, conflict resolve and develop solutions as a team.  The outcome is to ensure that teams own the outcomes by developing the solution.  It is everyone’s responsibility to ensure harmonious teams.

Introduction

The Harmonious Team Building workshop has been designed to empower staff to resolve their own problems.  The workshop has been structured to inform, educate and empower staff in perceptions, emotions, problem solving, conflict resolution, personal inquiry and ways to see differently.  The staff are taken through a workshop to educate them in these areas so that they feel empowered to deal directly with team issues as a team.

The workshop is extended over 3 weeks.

Week 1:  Harmonious Team Building Workshop – Part 1

Week 2:  Harmonious Team Building Workshop – Part 2

Week 3:  Identifying problems and generating solutions for the team

Post workshop follow-up can be booked to debrief on journals.
