There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine as children do.

And as we let our own lights shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

Key Learning Outcomes


Transformative leadership is for those who wish to pioneer, those who regard business as an adventure and who dare to tread where others fear.  It is for those who truly wish to follow inspired vision or learn how to let go of the fear. This is not about taking risks that could adversely affect others, but it is learning to become fearless and follow intuition to go for it.  It really is about those who break free from the crowd and lead. Always in leadership there are risks as you cannot predict and make it safe.  Real leaders think through the possibilities and they follow their visions.  Often there are voices telling them not to do it, that it is crazy, it will fail but for some reason they feel prompted to go for it.  Leadership is not management.

Workshop Focus:

The workshop is a 2.5 hour workshop taking leaders on an adventure to explore genuine leadership. Key transformative leaders will be explored:

  • Steve Jobs
  • Richard Branson
  • Robert Stiller
  • Ricardo Semler
  • Stephen Covey

2.5 hour workshop.
Target Audience:
Management and staff (potential leaders)
Expected Outcomes:
Leaders will come out with a clear idea on what leadership really is and how it is not management by numbers but truly tapping into the inherent potential of inspiration within every person.  They will understand the difference between management and leadership. They will learn about leading by example and the importance of self mastery.  They will rediscover their own power and reconnect to creativity in order to envisage possibilities. They will learn about the true empowerment of leadership and the responsibility of leadership.

Leadership is the ability to inspire change in turbulent times in a way that generates enthusiasm, innovation and commitment to change that is progressive and exciting.

It is recommended that the workshop is repeated in 12 months.

Workshop Session Plan

1. To learn and explore the visions of key transformative world leaders
2. To develop an understanding of the depth of leadership and vision
3. To learn about what is leadership and is education necessary for success?
4.  To explore visions – how wild should you go?
5.  To discuss the effectiveness of planning and mapping and creating new possibilities
6.  To understand the higher purpose of making a difference as effective and fulfilling change
7.  To understand the true value of people
8.  To lose fear around making mistakes as this can be the foundation of great innovation
9.  To look at innovative management approaches – to step out of the norm
10. To understand the keys to developing highly effective people
11.  To discuss future actions.

Key Learning Outcomes

1. Participants will learn how to develop their own transformative skills
2. Participants will explore leadership, vision, inspiration and crafting new possibilities
3. Participants will learn to tap into their own inner purpose and how to utilise this to action making a difference
4. Participants will learn how to step off the cliff of fear and step into the unknown with a sense of adventure
5. Participants will open their minds to alternatives in order to break out of box thinking
6. Participants will sharpen their awareness of effectiveness and the power of engaged and empowered leadership
7. Participants will attempt to develop their own future actions to see differently
8. Participants will learn feeling inspired to improve their leadership and be real change agents.
