Bullying Series Part 7: Denial, Deception and Painful Truths

This video focuses on the roots of denial and deception. Denial is one of the biggest blocks to progress, it is what keeps us stuck, it is where we believe we are right and unflinching in our beliefs. It is a factor in bullying and the ability to project aggression or covert violence over a long period of time. Truth is the panacea and is the driver of workplace health and safety.

The discussion looks at denial as a soother and painful truths as difficult to embrace. Yet if we are to resolve bullying, conflict and disharmony we have to look into the shadow of where we are in denial. When we do then we will begin to shed more light on the subject that really matters, happiness!
