Introduction
Stress and Work Life Balance is an essential workshop for staff that are experiencing stress through customer contact, or patient care or dealing with difficult people. It is a very useful workshop for assisting staff to learn how to deal with stress effectively. Stress is a serious health issue and is increasing in society given increasing time pressures, lower skills levels, changing environments and personal health imbalances.
